You have likely heard of the bottom-up and top-down methods of management or leadership, but have you ever thought about performance this way? The bottom-up way of looking at performance is focused on limiting beliefs that restrict what you think you can accomplish, while the top-down method considers what you could accomplish based on the total addressable market. Rather than being fixated on the 10 sales you hope to make, think about how many sales you could make out of the 200 prospects in your target market.
